Our story

We have significant experience within the catering, events and hospitality industries and have a reputation for delivering great food.

Homemade Buffet Company operates from a home premises in Hinckley and was set up by mother and son, Lorna and Jonathan Nichols.

Since 2010, the company has been growing steadily and building its reputation for good, honest, generous homemade produce. Always willing to go that extra mile and provide people with exactly what they would like to make their event the best ever.

Our menus are simple and we hope to provide something personal and something tasty that will leave your friends, family or colleagues saying it was the best buffet ever.

Jonathan, we were so pleased that you were able to accommodate our request for a buffet at relatively short notice, particularly as you were already booked to cater for a wedding party. The presentation of the food was greeted with great anticipation by our guests and the “proof of the pudding”, as it were, confirmed everyone’s enjoyment.
