Whilst we appreciate it is sometimes necessary to cancel due to a change in circumstances, we have found it necessary to update our cancellation policy as follows due to the amount of preparation required in advance.
- Cancellation within 24 hours – 100% charge
- Cancellation within 24 – 48 hours – 50% charge
- Cancellation within 48 – 72 hours – 25% charge
- Over 72 hours – No Charge
We aim to deliver Corporate Buffets before 12pm daily and Private Buffets at agreed specified times. We use this time to calculate the charge.
